Nia is a non-impact, cardio movement practice that mindfully blends dance, martial arts and healing arts. Nia strengthens and tones your whole body while transforming your mind. More than just a workout, Nia is a holistic fitness practice addressing each aspect of your life – body, mind, emotions and spirit.

We believe every person can discover, explore, unleash, and enhance their individual potential to live a healthy and meaningful life by engaging their senses and listening to their bodies. Nia is based on the intelligent design of the body. Each workout is an opportunity to joyfully express your vitality and bring mindfulness to your movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced.

How do I sign up for Nia classes?

Nia classes are held at the Lakewood Center for the Arts on Saturdays from 8:00am - 9:15am
